Korean researchers recently published a study in Preventive Nutrition and Food Science, showing a connection between sleep duration and mental health.

The researchers collected data on the sleep habits and mental health of nearly 300 participants.

What the researchers discovered was that who slept for less than 7 hours each night (54% of the participants) reported higher levels of stress, depression and anxiety when compared to those who slept 7 hours or more each night.
