When we announced that we were moving to new ecommerce software, we promised that we’d introduce features that would make your ordering more convenient. Last week, we launched the new software, and so far everything’s working well.
Here are a couple of the new features we’ve introduced for your benefit.
1. Confirmation emails
If you’ve given us your email address for our records, we can set up your account so that you can receive confirmation emails. This will give you an electronic copy of your order, so you can confirm that what we received is what you ordered.
2. Delivery status
Another great feature is the ability to log into your account and check the delivery status of your order. Now, you can check on your order whenever it’s convenient for you, not just when we’re open.
