Storing Truehope products during hot weather

With temperatures rising throughout the United States and Canada this summer, we remind our participants that Truehope products must be stored in cool, dry places. To protect the integrity of the products, don’t store them in hot vehicles. When transporting them, try to use coolers and shade to cut down on heat exposure.

If you recently ordered new product and expect to be away when it arrives, leave instructions for the delivery company to not leave the package in sunlight or redirect to a neighbour, friend, or family member.

If you have questions about storing Truehope products, contact us at 1.888.TRUEHOPE or support@truehope.com.
