About the powders
EMPowerplus powders have the same 36 vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants as the rest of the EMPowerplus product family, but it comes in a form that’s convenient for young children or people who have trouble swallowing pills.
We’ve tried to accommodate most of the common allergens as we developed our popular formulas, so they are dairy- and sugar-free, and they have no yeast, soy, or gluten.
Tasty recipe
Here’s a tasty smoothie recipe one of our participants sent us:
Marlene’s Orange Yogurt Smoothie
- 2 tbsp frozen orange juice
- 1 c low fat frozen yogurt ice cream
- 1 c milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 5–7 ice cubes
- Usual EMPowerplus powder dosage
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until uniform.
These are simple ingredients most people have on hand. You don’t have to be particular with measurements. Makes a very tasty drink!
