Cool off this summer with these tasty EMPowerplus smoothies

A few years ago, we held a contest for the best recipes using our EMPowerplus powders. We picked 2 recipes that we found the tastiest. Here they are for your enjoyment:

Marlene’s Orange Yogurt Smoothie

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until uniform.

These are simple ingredients most people have on hand. You don’t have to be particular with measurements. Makes a very tasty drink! Experiment by adding other citrus flavours, too, like lemon or grapefruit.

Lori’s Maple Strawberry Smoothie

  • ½ c frozen strawberries
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 container strawberry yogurt
  • ½ c milk

Blend in blender until well mixed, then add your usual dosage of EMPowerplus Berries & Banana Powder, blend again, drink immediately. Enjoy! Feel free to add other berries.
